Ferenc Hörcher’s article in intellectual history has been published in the American Journal of Jurisprudence.
The title of the article is: Anscombe, Grisez, Finnis: The Intellectual History of Analytical Thomism and New Natural Law. It can be found here. In the paper, the Hungarian researcher highlights the connection between the 20th-century trend of analytical Thomism and the characteristic thought of the representatives of the new classical natural law school. His comprehensive narrative covers authors such as Anscombe, Finnis, Grisez, Haldane, George, and Hittinger. The study appeared in the first part of a guest-edited thematic double issue he co-edited with Johanna Fröhlich and Christopher Tollefsen as guest editors.
